EQT & EQT Foundation

Pitch Competitions

Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong

The EQT Impact Challenge began as one of EQT Foundation’s flagship startup initiatives, an international pitch competition spotlighting early-stage science and deeptech ventures across climate and nature, health and wellbeing. Designed as a multi-stage program across Asia, the pitch competition is both a sourcing engine for EQT Foundation and a brand moment for EQT Group.

I was responsible for leading both the full marketing and communications track and the end-to-end operations and event execution. This included everything from brand positioning and founder storytelling to live event production, stakeholder coordination, and post-event impact reporting. The project brought together ecosystem partners, judges, and startups in four dynamic regional editions, each shaped to reflect local context while reinforcing EQT's global identity.
