Library of Hope & Founder’s Report

The Library of Hope, launched each December as a digital advent calendar, is EQT Foundation’s way of giving back to the founders and teams building extraordinary solutions within climate, health, and wellbeing. Each day highlights one early-stage company working at the edge of science and impact, many of whom are not in the Foundation’s portfolio. The goal: to shine a light on emerging efforts that deserve attention, encouragement, and visibility.

What began as a creative storytelling project has now evolved into the Founder Report, a formalised annual publication that brings together all 25 daily features in a single, accessible report. The project serves as both a celebration and a signal: reflecting EQT Foundation’s curiosity, values, and belief in the importance of early-stage, science-led innovation.

I lead the initiative from start to finish, overseeing startup sourcing, founder interviews, writing, web publishing, visual content creation, and social amplification.

My roles

Startup Discovery and Founder Engagement

• Personally sourced all 25 startups, mapping across EQT Foundation’s verticals of climate and nature, health and wellbeing.

• Conducted interviews with founders or their comms leads, adapting to varied levels of media readiness and tailoring content approach accordingly.

• Balanced geographic, sectoral, and gender diversity across the featured set, reflecting the Foundation’s inclusive lens.

Editorial Ownership

• Wrote every single daily feature, crafting each as a story-driven spotlight with a consistent structure: tagline, challenge, solution, and EQT Foundation’s point of view.

• Tailored tone and format to be readable, optimistic, and technically grounded, appealing to both casual readers and domain experts.

• Created original editorial framing for each company, often translating complex science into clear, engaging copy.

Website and Platform Execution

• Managed the back-end of the digital calendar, including CMS updates, article uploads, link testing, and daily QA.

• Handled daily publication logistics, working to tight timelines and varying levels of founder responsiveness.

Social Media and Amplification

• Created custom social copy for each daily feature, adapting tone for EQT Foundation’s audience and channel (primarily LinkedIn).

• Produced visual assets and graphic templates, ensuring each day’s post stood out while fitting within a cohesive series.

• Monitored engagement and iterated format to maximize visibility and click-throughs over the course of the month.

Founder Report Transition

• Led the transition from digital-only campaign to a formal annual report format, combining the features into a single downloadable product.

• Developed copy and layout direction for the report version, enabling long-term use in events, outreach, and internal reference.

• Positioned the Founder Report as a signature EQT Foundation product, blending storytelling with strategic insight.
